Isn't winter over yet?

We thought winter was over and then we got about a foot of snow last week. We captured two little Santas though so we are hoping Spring is around the corner.

Beaver Mountain!

We all went skiing at Beaver Mountain with our Stake ski party. It was a great night and we had a lot of fun. It sure got cold by the end of it and we had to go in for hot chocolate.

Rylee was having fun hitting the slopes too. It was the falling down and trying to get up that was difficult. Gavin complained the next day about his stomach muscles hurting. ( I think I need to take up snowboarding)

Nice hat Rylee. Way to support those Aggies.
We are so.. proud of them. We are excited for March Madness. Get those brackets filled out and Go.... Aggies!

I'm a pro..

Gavin wanted to try out snowboarding. He caught on quick and seemed to have all the moves.

I'm skiing......

This whole skiing thing was a little awkward for Chase's first time. He didn't want me to let him go. After a few times he was snowplowing all by himself. He was so proud of himself that he made it down the hill without falling. A few seconds later here came Gavin down the hill and ran right into Chase flipping his feet over his head. Chase just got up and said," but Mom, I didn't fall Gavin made me." He jumped up and was ready to go again. (tough kid)

Don't get eaten mom!
Rylee and Gavin both had fun with Basketball this year and really did a good job. Chase didn't want to be left out so he jumped in too. His time is coming.
Clint just returned from spending a week in San Diego with the Marines. He went there for an educator tour and had a great time. Here he is with the Marine Drill Instructors.
Clint coached Rylee's basketball team this year and had a great time. Rylee had fun and Clint didn't get thrown out so it was a success.
Happy Valentines Day! We had our traditional Valentines breakfast with everything pink. Clint made some yummy pink french toast topped with lots of cool whip topping & strawberries. Kelly & Gina came down for the weekend and we went out with them to Hamilton's Friday night for a wonderful Valentines dinner.
We had a great time playing in Lehi with our friends. Going down slides and bouncing all over with the kids. Don't pop the thing Clint!

All Chase wanted for Christmas was 5 buckets of legos. He did get some legos but Santa must have known that he would need tools to help Grandpa and Dad with the cold storage shelves. We had a great time with Grandpa and Grandma Fullmer when they came for Christmas day. We enjoyed a nice Christmas dinner and some quality time together.
Gavin had to have a Nintendo DS too. They love writing back and forth to each other. Sometimes we have to take them away at night so they will go to sleep. They've had a lot of fun with them.

It's Christmas 2008!

All Rylee wanted as a Nintendo DS so she was all smiles when she unwrapped it.

Christmas Eve

The kids were excited with anticipation for Santa to come. They set out cookies and milk & had to write Santa a note to tell him the carrots were for his raindeer.

Tis the Season

Getting out and decorating for Christmas always get us into the Christmas spirit.
Look guys...I'm a human TACO. It's Chase being his crazy little self.

Yea, we finally got SNOW!

We finally got snow the first part of December. Rylee and Gavin were so excited they headed right outside after school to build a snowman. As you can see it wasn't much a white one due to the dirt yard that we have underneath that layer of snow.
